The LinuxSPA has as an initial User Filter the "std232" file.

You can use either the (my) standard filter layout which produces
the following text layout:

./std232 <./raw.file

000000 : > 1b ESC, 53 (S), 06 ACK, 00 NUL, 00 NUL, 11 DC1, 00 NUL, 00 NUL,
000008 : > 00 NUL, 00 NUL, 11 DC1, 00 NUL,
000000 : < db +[+, 5b ([), f7 +w+, ff DEL, ff DEL, dd +]+, ff DEL, ff DEL,
000008 : < ff DEL, ff DEL, dd +]+, ff DEL, ff DEL,
00000c : > 00 NUL, 00 NUL,
00000d : < e0 +`+, e0 +`+, e0 +`+, 00 NUL,
00000e : > e0 +`+, e0 +`+, 00 NUL, e0 +`+, 00 NUL, e0 +`+, e0 +`+, 00 NUL,
000016 : > 00 NUL, 00 NUL, 00 NUL, e0 +`+, 00 NUL, 00 NUL, e0 +`+, e0 +`+,
00001e : > 00 NUL, 00 NUL, 00 NUL, 00 NUL,
000011 : < 00 NUL, 00 NUL,
000022 : > 00 NUL, e0 +`+, 00 NUL, 00 NUL, 1b ESC, 43 (C), 06 ACK, 00 NUL,
00002a : > 00 NUL, 52 (R), 3c (<), 00 NUL, 00 NUL, 00 NUL, 8e so , 00 NUL,
000013 : < 06 ACK,

Or alternatively you can use the "-a" option to give the following
test layout from Dios del Tiempo <cronos1_mx@yahoo.com>:

./std232 -a <./raw.file

000000 : > ESC, (S), ACK, NUL, NUL, DC1, NUL, NUL,
000008 : > NUL, NUL, DC1, NUL,
000000 : < +[+, ([), +w+, DEL, DEL, +]+, DEL, DEL,
000008 : < DEL, DEL, +]+, DEL, DEL,
00000c : > NUL, NUL,
00000d : < +`+, +`+, +`+, NUL,
00000e : > +`+, +`+, NUL, +`+, NUL, +`+, +`+, NUL,
000016 : > NUL, NUL, NUL, +`+, NUL, NUL, +`+, +`+,
00001e : > NUL, NUL, NUL, NUL,
000011 : < NUL, NUL,
000022 : > NUL, +`+, NUL, NUL, ESC, (C), ACK, NUL,
00002a : > NUL, (R), (<), NUL, NUL, NUL, so , NUL,
000013 : < ACK,

If you develop any other useful user filter why not submit them?
Enjoy.
Grahame.
